3- bahata paanee
bahata paanee vah paanee hai jo:
1. praakrtik roop se prthvee se ubaala hua.
2. pravaah kisee bhee maadhyam se jaaree kiya ja sakata hai.
3. aamataur par bahata hai aur jarooree nahin ki yah jameen se svaabhaavik roop se nikalata ho, isalie yadi yah svaabhaavik roop se jameen se alag ho jaata hai, jaise ki oopar se ek boond aur jameen par giratee hai, to bahate paanee ko gina jaata hai lekin agar koee cheez svaabhaavik roop se prthvee ke kvathanaank ke saath usake sambandh mein baadha daalatee hai, jaise ki paanee ke girane se paanee ke ubalane mein baadha aatee hai ya usake praakrtik srot se usaka sambandh toot jaata hai, to shesh paanee pravaah ka aadesh nahin deta hai, bhale hee vah bah jae . kyon na.

samasya (30) kisee nadee ya nahar ke kinaare ka paanee jo thahara hua ho aur bahate hue paanee se sata hua ho, vah bahate hue paanee ko niyantrit nahin karata.
samasya (31) yadi koee jharana hai jo udaaharan ke lie sardiyon mein ubalata hai, lekin garmiyon mein ubalana band kar deta hai, to isaka paanee ubalane par bahate paanee kee kamaan mein aa jaega
samasya (32) yadi snaan ke chhote taink mein paanee ek se kam hai, lekin vah aise "srot" se juda hai jisaka paanee taink ke paanee ke saath tab tak ek ho jaata hai jab tak ki ashuddhata mishrit na ho jae. yadi isakee gandh, rang aur svaad nahin badalata, yah ashuddh nahin hai.
samasya (33) yadi snaanaghar aur bhavan ke nalon ka paanee jo nalon aur shaavaron se bahata hai, in nalon se jude taink ke paanee ke baraabar hai, to nalon ka paanee bhee paanee kir mein shaamil kiya jaega
samasya (34) jo paanee jameen par bah raha hai, lekin jameen se ubal nahin raha hai, agar vah ek star se kam hai aur usamen ashuddhata paee jaatee hai, to vah ashuddh ho jaega, lekin agar vah paanee oonchaee se bah raha hai aur udaaharan ke lie isee prakaar yadi apavitrata usake nichale bhaag ko chhoo le to usaka ooparee bhaag apavitr nahin hoga.
