samasya (53) insaan par peshaab aur shauch karate samay aur doosare maukon par apane guptaangon ko dhankana anivaary hai, bhale hee vah usakee maan aur bahan kee tarah usake maharam na hon. aur isee prakaar ise paagalon se aur un bachchon se bhee chhipaakar rakhana jo achchhe aur bure ka bhed jaanate hain. lekin yah jarooree nahin hai ki pati-patnee apane praivet paarts ko ek-doosare se chhipaen.
samasya (54) apane guptaangon ko kisee vishisht vastu se dhankana aavashyak nahin hai, udaaharan ke lie, yadi aap ise apane haath se dhakate hain, to yah paryaapt hai.
samasya (55) peshaab ya shauch karate samay (ehatiyaat ke taur par) shareer ka agala hissa yaanee pet aur chhaatee qibala kee or nahin honee chaahie, na hee peeth qibala kee or honee chaahie.
samasya (56) yadi kisee vyakti ke shareer ka agala bhaag qibala kee or ho ya peshaab ya shauch karate samay pichhala bhaag qibala kee or ho, aur vah apane jaghan kshetr ko qibala kee or kar de, to yah paryaapt nahin hai, aur saavadhaan rahana anivaary hai ki nijee kshetr bhee qibala kee or muda hua hai. qibala kee or ya peechhe qibala kee or na muden.
samasya (57) ehatiyaatee sifaarish yah hai ki istabaara ke mauke par (jisaka phaisala baad mein bataaya jaega) aur saath hee saamane kee safaee karate samay shareer ka agala hissa qibala kee or aur pichhala hissa qibala kee or nahin hona chaahie. aur qibala kee or peeth na karo
samasya (58) yadi kisee vyakti ko qibale kee or ya qibale ki taraf peeth kar ke baithane ke lie majaboor hai kyonki gair-maharam use nahin dekh sake, to ehatiyaat ke taur par qibale kee or peeth karake baithana aavashyak hai.
samasya (59) ehatiyaatee sifaarish yah hai ki bachche ko shauch ke lie qibala kee or munh karake ya qibala kee or peeth karake na bithaen.
samasya (60)chaar sthaanon par shauch karana varjit hai:
(1) kisee band sadak par jab nivaasiyon ne isakee anumati nahin dee ho, saath hee saarvajanik sadakon aur galiyon mein jab isase raahageeron ko asuvidha hotee hai
(2) bhoomi ka vah bhaag jo kisee kee nijee sampatti ho, jabaki usane shauch kee anumati na dee ho.
(3) vishisht logon ko samarpit sthaanon mein, jaise ki kuchh madarase
(4) eemaanavaalon kee kabron ke paas, jab yah krty unhen apavitr karata hai haalaanki, koee apavitrata nahin hai sivaay isake ki bhoomi aam kabje aur vivaadon mein hai yahee sthiti har jagah hai jahaan shauch karane se dharm ya dharm kee pavitrata ka apamaan hota hai
samasya (61) teen maamalon mein, guda (mal tyaagane ka sthaan) keval paanee se mukt hota hai:
(1) koee any ashuddhiyaan (jaise rakt) mal ke saath baahar aa jaatee hain
(2) maladvaar par koee baaharee ashuddhi chipakee huee ho. mahilaon ko chhodakar, yadi mootr mal tak pahunch jaata hai
(3) guda ka kinaara saamaany se adhik dooshit hota hai
in teen maamalon ke alaava, guda ko ya to paanee se dhoya ja sakata hai ya baad mein varnit vidhi ke anusaar, kapade ya patthar aadi se dhoya ja sakata hai, haalaanki paanee se dhona behatar hai
samasya (62) mootr paanee ke alaava kisee any cheej se shuddh nahin hota hai. aur ise ek baar dhona hee kaaphee hai, haalaanki ise do baar dhone kee salaah dee jaatee hai, aur ise teen baar dhona behatar hai
samasya (63) yadi guda ko paanee se dhoya jae to yah aavashyak hai ki mal ka koee kan na rahe, parantu yadi rang ya gandh rah jae to koee samasya nahin hai aur agar us jagah ko pahalee baar is tarah se dhoya jae ki mal ka koee kan na rah jae to dobaara dhone kee jaroorat nahin hai
samasya (64) patthar, dheele, kapade ya isee prakaar kee any cheejen, yadi sookhee aur saaph hon, to unaka upayog guda ko saaph karane ke lie kiya ja sakata hai, aur yadi unamen thodee see bhee namee hai jo guda tak nahin pahunchatee hai, to vahaan. koee samasya nahin hai.
samasya (65) yadi guda ko ek baar patthar ya dheele ya kapade se pooree tarah saaph kar liya jae to kaaphee hai lekin teen baar saaph karana behatar hai aur (jis cheej se saaph karana ho usake) teen tukade bhee rakhen aur agar teen tukadon se saaph na ho to itane tukade aur mila len ki maladvaar pooree tarah saaph ho jae haalaanki, agar itane saare chhote-chhote kan rah jaen jo bina dhoe saaf na hon, to koee dikkat nahin hai.
samasya (66) jin cheejon ke lie sammaan kee aavashyakata hotee hai, unase guda ko saaph karana mana hai (udaaharan ke lie, ek kaagaj jis par allaah paak aur paigambaron ke naam likhe hue hain) aur guda ko haddee ya gobar se saaph karane mein koee Ashkaal nahin hai
samasya (67) agar kisee shakhs ko shak ho ki maladvaar paak hua hai ya nahin to us par paak karana pharj hai, bhale hee vah hamesha peshaab ya shauch karane ke turant baad sambandhit hisse ko paak kar le
samasya (68) yadi kisee vyakti ko namaaz ke baad sandeh ho ki usane namaaz se pahale apane mal-mootr ko shuddh kiya tha ya nahin, to usane jo namaaz padhee hai vah sahee hai, lekin bhavishy kee praarthanaon ke lie use (sambandhit sthaanon par). shuddhi hai zarooree.
