samasya (129) pavitr kuraan ke lekhan aur pannon ko apavitr karana, jabaki is krty ko apavitrata maana jaata hai, nissandeh nishiddh hai. aur agar yah ashuddh ho jae to ise turant paanee se dhona jarooree hai. isake vipareet agar beadabee kee baat saamane na bhee aaye to bhee (anivaary ehatiyaat ke chalate) pavitr shabd ko apavitr karana haraam hai aur use paanee se dhona anivaary hai.

samasya (130) yadi pavitr quraan kee tvacha ashuddh ho jae aur vah pavitr kuraan ko apavitr kar de to tvacha ko paanee se dhona zarooree hai.

samasya (131) pavitr kuraan ko kisee bhee ashuddhata jaise ki rakt ya mrt shareer par rakhana, bhale hee ashuddhata sookhee ho, agar isase pavitr kuraan ka apamaan hota hai, to yah nishiddh hai.

samasya (132) pavitr quraan ko ashuddh roshanee se likhana, bhale hee vah ek akshar hee kyon na ho, use apavitr karane ka aadesh hai. yadi likha ho to use paanee se dhokar ya chheelakar ya kisee any upaay se mita dena chaahie.

samasya (133) agar kisee kaafir ko quraan dene se apavitrata hotee hai to yah haraam hai aur usase quraan vaapas lena anivaary hai.

samasya (134) yadi pavitr kuraan ka prshth ya kuchh aisa jisake lie sammaan kee aavashyakata ho udaaharan ke lie, kaagaj ka ek tukada jis par sarvashaktimaan allaah ka naam ya paigambar (s.a.w.w.s) ya imaam (a.s) ka naam likha ho, use shauchaalay mein gir jaaie isalie ise baahar nikaalakar dhona anivaary hai. (bhale hee aapako is par paise kharch karane paden ) aur yadi ise baahar nikaalana sambhav nahin hai, to yah mahatvapoorn hai ki shauchaalay ka upayog tab tak na karen jab tak yah sunishchit na ho jae ki yah vighatit ho gaya hai. isee prakaar yadi shauchaalay mein sajada gaah(khaak e shifaa) gir jae aur nikaalee na ja sake to shauchaalay ka upayog tab tak nahin karana chaahie jab tak yah nishchit na ho jae ki vah pooree tarah se nikal gaee hai.

samasya (135) naapaak cheez khaana, peena ya khilaana haraam hai, lekin bachche ya paagal ko khilaana jaayaz hai, aur agar koee bachcha ya paagal naapaak khaana khaaye ya peeye ya naapaak haathon se khaaye. ise rokana aavashyak nahin hai.

samasya (136) jo naapaak cheez paak hone mein saksham ho use bechane aur dene mein koee harj nahin hai, lekin ye do sharten maujood hone par khareedaar ya karzadaar ko usakee naapaakee ke baare mein bataana zarooree hai:

(doosaree shart:) jab vikreta ya pattaadaata yah apeksha karata hai ki doosara paksh usakee baat maanega aur yadi vah jaanata hai ki doosara paksh usakee baat nahin maanega, to use soochit karana aavashyak nahin hai.

samasya (137) agar koee shakhs kisee doosare shakhs ko naapaak cheejen khaate ya naapaak kapade pahane hue namaaj padhate dekhe to usake lie is baare mein kuchh bhee kahana jarooree nahin hai.

samasya (138) agar ghar ya kaaleen (ya daravaaza) ka koee hissa najis ho aur vah dekhe ki usake ghar mein aane vaalon ka shareer, kapade ya koee aur cheez taree ke saath najis jagah par paee jaatee hai. aur yadi grhasvaamee ne isaka kaaran banaaya hai, to samasya (136) mein bataee gaee do sharton ke saath in logon ko isake baare mein soochit karana aavashyak hai.

samasya (139) yadi bhojan karate samay mezabaan ko pata chale ki bhojan ashuddh hai to (samasya 136 mein) bataee gaee doosaree shart ke anusaar use mehamaanon ko isakee jaanakaaree denee hogee. lekin agar mehamaanon mein se kisee ek ko is baare mein pata chal jae to doosaron ko bataana jarooree nahin hai. tathaapi yadi vah unake saath is prakaar ghulamil jae ki unakee ashuddhata ke kaaran svayan bhee ashuddhata ka doshee ho jae aur anivaary niyamon ka virodh karane ka doshee ho jae, to unhen bataana aavashyak hai.

samasya (140) yadi bina ijaazat ke lee gaee koee cheez najis ho jaatee hai to usake maalik ko ank (136) mein varnit do sharton se usake maalik ko avagat karaana chaahie.


samasya (141) agar koee bachcha kahe ki koee cheez naapaak hai ya kahe ki usane kuchh dhoya hai to usakee baat par yakeen nahin karana chaahie, lekin agar bachcha samajhadaar ho aur paak aur naapaak ko achchhee tarah samajhata ho. aur agar vah kahata hai ki usane kisee cheez ko paanee se dhoya hai jabaki vah cheez usake istemaal mein hai ya bachche ka bayaan vishvasaneey hai, to usakee baat maan lee jaanee chaahie aur jab bachcha kahe ki vah cheez najis hai to us ke lie bhee yahee hukm hai.
