samasya (165) kirapaanee ya bahate jal mein shareer kee ashuddhi door ho jaane se shareer shuddh ho jaata hai lekin agar shareer peshaab se ashuddh ho gaya hai to aise mein saavadhaanee jarooree hai ke ek baar kirapaanee se shuddh nahin hoga. lekin paanee se baahar aane ke baad dobaara usamen pravesh karana jarooree nahin hai, lekin agar paanee mein rahate hue shareer ko chhoo liya jae taaki paanee do baar shareer mein pahunch jae to kaaphee hai.
samasya (166) agar najis khaana daanton mein rah jae aur munh mein paanee bharakar is tarah ghumaaya jae ki saara najis khaane tak pahunch jae to vah khaana paak ho jaega.
samasya (167) yadi sir ya chehare ke baal Qaleel paanee se dhoye gaye hon aur ve baal ghane na hon to dhuna nikaalane ke lie unhen nichodane kee jaroorat nahin hai kyonki thoda sa paanee apane aap alag ho jaata hai.
samasya (168) agar shareer ke kisee hisse ya kapade ko thode se paanee se dhoya jae to najis jagah to paak ho jaegee, us jagah ke agal-bagal kee jagahen, jahaan dhone ke dauraan aksar paanee pahunch jaata hai, bhee paak ho jaengee. isaka matalab yah hai ki ashuddh sthaan ke kinaaron ko alag se dhona aavashyak nahin hai. balki ashuddh sthaan ko dhokar pavitr ho jaate hain. aur agar kisee paak cheez ko kisee naapaak cheez ke paas rakha jae aur un donon par paanee daala jae, to yah ek hee hukm hai. isalie, yadi aap ek ashuddh ungalee ko shuddh karane ke lie sabhee ungaliyon par paanee daalate hain aur ashuddh paanee ya shuddh jal sabhee ungaliyon tak pahunch jaata hai, to jab ashuddh ungalee shuddh ho jaegee, to sabhee ungaliyaan shuddh ho jaengee.
samasya (169) jo maans ya charbee ashuddh ho jaatee hai use any cheezon kee tarah paanee se dhoya ja sakata hai. yahee baat shareer ya kapadon aur bartanon ke maamale mein bhee hai, jin par thodee see chikanaee lagee hotee hai jo paanee ko shareer ya kapadon tak pahunchane se nahin rokatee hai.
samasya (170) agar bartan ya badan naapaak ho jae aur baad mein itana chikana ho jae ki paanee us tak na pahunch sake aur iraada bartan ya badan ko paak karane ka ho to pahale usakee chikanaee hata denee chaahie taaki paanee un tak (yaanee bartan tak) pahunch jae.
samasya (171) kirapaanee se juda nal paanee ke kram ko banae rakhata hai.
samasya (172) yadi kisee cheez ko dhokar yah samajh liya jae ki vah paak ho gaee hai. parantu yadi baad mein yah sandeh ho ki usamen se vaastavik ashuddhi door ho gaee hai athava nahin, to yah aavashyak hai. yah sunishchit karane ke lie ki sateek ashuddhata door ho gaee hai, ise phir se paanee se dhona chaahie.
samasya (173) vah bhoomi jisamen paanee sokh liya jaata hai, udaaharan ke lie vah bhoomi jisakee satah ret ya bajaree se banee ho, yadi vah ashuddh ho jae to Qaleel Paanee (thode) se paanee se saaph ho jaatee hai.
samasya (174) agar patthar ya eent ke pharsh vaalee zameen ya aisee sakht zameen jo paanee na sokhatee ho, najis ho jae to Qaleel Paanee (thode) se paanee se paak ho sakatee hai. lekin is par itana paanee daalana jarooree hai ki yah bahane lage. yadi daala hua jal kisee chhidr se baahar na nikal sake aur kaheen ekatrit ho jae to us sthaan ko shuddh karane ka upaay yah hai ki ekatrit jal ko kisee kapade ya bartan se nikaal diya jae.
samasya (175) yadi khanij lavan ya aisee hee koee vastu oopar se ashuddh ho jae to use Qaleel Paanee (thode) se paanee se bhee shuddh kiya ja sakata hai.
samasya (176) agar najaasat cheenee ko pighalaakar cheenee banaee jaaye aur use ubalate ya bahate paanee mein daala jaaye to vah shuddh nahin hogee.
